Nutter Butter Ghosts
Ingredients
Nutter Butter brand peanut butter cookies
White chocolate or dark chocolate
mini chocolate chips
Directions
Melt your white chocolate over a double boiler. Dip the nutter butter cookies into the chocolate. Place on wax paper or drying rack. Once cooled, use the mini chocolate chips for the eyes! How easy is that?

These are a favorite at my house too. One year I even had the kids in my son's class make them at the Halloween party. So fun!
Nutter butters are one of my favorite store bought cookies.
And when I each chocolate I prefer white.
