Walking Tacos
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1-1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
4 2-1/2 oz. pkgs. corn chips
2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 c. tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. salsa
1/2 c. sour cream
Directions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Gently crush corn chips in unopened packages. Cut each bag open along one side edge. Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture and remaining ingredients into each bag. Serve in corn chip packages with a fork. |

I saw a guy eating these at the horse show this past weekend.
I love love love these. A local boy scout troop sells them at a festival that we have annually and you get to pick all your toppings - eaten straight out of the bag, of course!
