Homemade Bisquick

Note: This is so much cheaper, easier and healthier than buying regular Bisquick. It also makes amazing, amazing pancakes. See recipe below!

Homemade Bisquick
from Alton Brown, Food Network

Ingredients:
6 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda (check expiration date first)
3 tsp baking powder
1 T salt
2 T sugar

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix.

Use the mix within 3 months.
