Bravo! Balsamic Vinaigrette

Note: We have an amazing restaurant in our area called BRAVO! They have an amazing balsamic vinaigrette which they shared the recipe for on our recent midday news show. I post it here because I didn't want to lose the recipe for this goodness.

Bravo! Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

½ cup balsamic vinegar

1 Tbl. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. fresh minced garlic

2 Tbl. sugar

2 tsp. dry Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

¾ cup olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except the olive oil) in a food processor. Start machine and slowly drizzle in the olive oil through the lid opening until fully incorporated. If dressing is too thick, drizzle in a bit of cool water.

Great timing Deanna. When I was driving in today, I was trying to come up with a salad dressing in my head.

I had salad last night and just made it into a taco salad. Need to use the rest of the lettuce and wanted something different for tonight.

Thanks,
