Crock Pot Corn

Note: A delightfully different way to serve corn!

Crockpot Corn

Ingredients:
3 pkgs. frozen corn niblets
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook 3 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

i just tried this and it is great! my crockpot is at my other house, so i just cooked it in a saucer for about 30 minutes. turned out fine and is delicious :) thanks for the recipe

This looks delish! It must make a HUGE amount though using 3 pkgs of frozen corn. I wonder how well it keeps...or maybe I could just use 1 pkg and cook it on the stove? Whatcha think?

Angela,
I do not have a crock pot and so i just cooked it on the stove. also just used 1 pckg of frozen corn and 1/3 of the other ingredients. it was delicious!
