Note: Pizza is not something I enjoy on a regular basis. It is something I like to reserve for nights when the boys have friends over or when we are in an incredible hurry. However, to pacify the boys' taste for pizza I will make things like this pizza casserole. It makes all of us happy!Pizza CasseroleIngredients1 lb. ground beef
1 (12-oz.) pkg. rotini pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni, enough to garnish top
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Combine beef and pasta; pour into a large casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce on top of beef mixture. Sprinkle with mushrooms, cheeses and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes

I love casseroles. Hubby hates them. Ugh, what to do. Eat the whole thing by myself. Well, not all at one sitting. But since I don't mind eating leftovers, I'll bring them to lunch and finish them off.
This looks like the kind I like to eat.

This sounds great!
And JR - don't tell him it's a casserole, tell him it's pizza rotini.
Okay, my family LOVES pizza, so this is a must try at my house.
This is a great idea. I fixed homemade spaghetti the other night and had just about a pound of homemade sauce left over.
