Cupcakes on a Stick

Note: When I posted about making these for treats for Little's Guy's class for his birthday, many of you asked how to make them. Here you go...
Cupcakes on a Stick
Ingredients:
1 box of cake mix
1 carton of cream cheese icing
dark chocolate bark
candy melts - color of your choice
sprinkles
lollipop sticks
Directions:
Bake cake in a 9 x 13 according to the directions on the package. Cool completely. Crumble in a bowl and mix with the carton of icing. You may not need the entire carton. Use what you need to make a "mixture". Roll the mixture into balls. Put on wax paper on cookie sheets and put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip the ends of your lollipop stick in the chocolate and stick in a cake ball. Dip into chocolate. Place back on wax to harden. Melt candy melts. Re-dip top "pops" and sprinkle with sprinkles. Once they are dry put inside plastic bags.

This is awesome as well. I may make these for Tristan's class around his birthday. When you say candy melts what exactly are those? Please let me know on this and the hidden valley ranch dressing question. Thanks!!!!1

I bought my candy melts at Michael's (our local craft store). You can buy them anywhere you buy cake decorating supplies. They are little circles of chocolate.
