Company's Coming Breakfast Quiche


Note: This is a great breakfast quiche for a big group of family visiting or to share with a new neighbor.


Company's Coming Breakfast Quiche


Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb. pork sausauage, cooked and crumbled
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated Pepper Jack cheese
6 to 8 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk (or more)
2 (8 inch) pie crusts, deep dish

Directions:

Brown pie crust for about 5 minutes. Divide bacon, sausage and cheeses evenly in pie shells. Beat eggs and milk and divide evenly between the 2 shells. If necessary to fill crusts, add a little more milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set in the center.

Gosh, I love quiche. Throwing in all wonderful ingredients and then bam.....
